AI ENGINEER

What’s a day like at Inteligencia Farmacéutica as an AI Engineer?

• Participate in the functional and technical design of intelligent agents (pharmacy, lab, sales rep).
• Develop and maintain data flows (ETL) that feed the models and agents.
• Integrate generative AI models and traditional analytics into a modular architecture.
• Coordinate with other technical profiles (back-end, data, visualization) to ensure product delivery.
• Document and test developed models and processes.
• Propose improvements and new features to scale the project.

Our AI Engineer will need... (REQUIREMENTS)

• Strong knowledge of Python and data ecosystem (Pandas, APIs, JSON, etc.).
• Basic experience with an AI or ML stack (scikit-learn, transformers, LLMs).
• Good command of SQL and database structures.
• Knowledge of data architecture (pipelines, ETLs, REST APIs).
• Product mindset and orientation towards real users (not just code).
• Proactivity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Good communication and results-oriented.
